2012 Honda Civic Si Will Have New Engine 2.4

The new-generation Honda Civic Si will have new engine 2.4, at least in markets like the U.S., the sport version no longer be offered with the arriver of the line 2012, in the third quarter.

Despite the larger engines, the new engine will have nearly the same power of 2.0 to 192 horsepower. It is estimated that the new 201 hp 2.4 and 23.9 have lb.-ft. of torque, compared to 19.2 version of two-liter displacement. For other versions of the new Civic nationally, the Japanese brand will continue with the current 1.8 16V.
