Aston Martin Virage Model Will Debut In Geneva

Aston Martin present a major progress of its release to the Geneva show. The Virage is a completely new model that will be positioned between the DB9 and DBS in line with the UK brand, and will also have a convertible version, called Volante.
Both versions will be driven by the same engine: a 6.0 V12 496 bhp and 58.1 lb.-ft. of torque, which is coupled to an automatic transmission six-speed Touchtronic II. This gearbox is mounted transversely in the shaft, to ensure an exact weight distribution.
The brand just released the performance numbers of the version with the roof, which accelerates to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds and continues until it reaches a top speed of 299 km/h. But not enough speed, so the Aston Martin has adopted carbon ceramic brakes as standard. The Virage still brings adaptive suspension system with five modes of resistance and a “sport” adjusting the settings of the entire car to get answers faster.
