Toyota Corolla Will Have Restyled

Recently debuted Fluence Renault and Peugeot 408 reshaping the image of French in class. Already Volkswagen has up its sleeve in the new Jetta with competitive prices, while Honda, later, will launch the ninth generation of the Civic enshrined.

Leader of the niche with the Corolla, Mark prefers to follow a more conservative stance in relation to its flagship. The Japanese sedan will be presented with some visual changes contained in the 2012 line. Basically, the modifications follow the same pattern applied in the version of vehicle sold in the U.S.

The grille changes, gaining a chrome bead in the center suggesting a smile. The headlamps are also more pointed ends and the rear lights were smaller. The interior also has a bit of news: the wheel is new, as the instrument panel, with lighting and revised spelling. Another novelty is the second compartment with lid above the traditional glove box.

The Corolla also comes with American sports details, like the bolder front spoiler and the small spoiler above the trunk lid. Around here, these parts are out of the question. Moreover, Toyota has set aside more than a novelty for the 1.8 engine. As the new block of the 2.0 sedan, launched in 2010, will also lower the propellant Dual VVTi, who has dual variable valve control on the two intake and exhaust.

The model also will exchange 1.8 of the 5-speed manual transmission with a new one with six, also a mechanic. But the Corolla 2.0 will follow with its 5-speed automatic transmission without changes.
