Hyundai ix35 Performance

The Hyundai ix35 is Hyundai’s first crossover designed and manufactured in Europe and it shows. Since the lights in the direction of side mirrors and signs of changing lanes to the design language fluidic Sculpture and light-alloy wheels of 18 inches, the car exudes a personality that could only come from across the Atlantic. And we like that. Easily the most beautiful car of the lot, inside and out. More than that, the ix35 gives a washed in the old model in design and quality.

Hyundai sought a high standard and has been successful. It also sought a sports personality and was also successful at it. The Korean brand walked the route with the ix35 sports – the behaviour is aggressive. The times of Hyundai 0-100 km / h (8.8 seconds) and the quarter mile (16.7 seconds at 133, 2 km / h) were the best group, and its lateral quickening (0.79 g ) curve in eight (28.5 seconds with 0.58 g) and braking from 100 km / h (36.57 m) for the Forester only lose weight penalty. In addition, the four test vehicles, the ix35 got to be more balanced in the curves, the result of a firm suspension.

These dampers tough, unfortunately, do not generate dividends in comfort item. Here the Hyundai ix35 shows very aggressive, passing instead of absorbing road imperfections. The suspension is too harsh and is not nearly so well behaved as those of Honda and GMC. The board seems artificial, with many leaps in turnover. Except for the comfort and direction, and some plastics and seams of the seats within the second category, there is criticism.

The 2.4-liter engine is refined and witty, the conversion of six-speed is very smooth and responsive, and the price shocks as much surprise. Try to find some other crossover for less than thirty thousand dollars with Bluetooth phones and audio players, GPS, panoramic sunroof, heated leather seats, satellite radio control and braking on slopes and ramps. Let us help you – it does not exist.

The Hyundai ix35 inevitably inherit the direct injection engine 2.4 with 200 horsepower of the new Sonata in a few years.
