Ford Reveals New Generation of Ranger

New Ford Ranger Truck debut in Hall of Australia
Ford has just shown the first official image of the new generation of Ranger, which is being presented at the International Exhibition of Australia. The New Ford Ranger will be manufactured in Argentina in 2012, a pace of 55,000 units per year, with part of its production exported to several countries. This is a global model it replaces with the latest technology the two platforms currently produced.
Inside, the style of finish varies, but entirely parts are designed to be interchangeable. It’s 20 storage compartments including the glove compartment with capacity for a laptop and a hidden compartment under the rear seat for electronic equipment.

New Ford Ranger Features
New Ford Ranger introduces three new engines in their line. They are the Duratorq TDCi Diesel 2.2 I4 and I5 3.2 Duratec I4 2.5 disel and gasoline, which can also be configured to use flex with 100% ethanol, or natural gas and LPG.
The line also has three transmission options: a five-speed manual, the manual six, driven by a short lever, and automatic, indeed of six gears. The latter features, among other news, the Grade Logic Control, which automatically downshifts on descents and braking assists. Its passive safety technologies include, among other things, the availability of curtain air bags on entirely versions of the cabin, the first time of New Ford Ranger.
