Renault Clio, with the end of the development of the Fluence sedan, which will be launched in Argentina later this month, Renault’s neighboring nation is already working on some other model, the restyled version of the Clio. It will be an exclusive product that will reach the market in 2012.

Renault factory in Flins, France, celebrated of 17 million units vehicles manufactured. Founded in 1952, Flins is the oldest factory of the French company. Currently, 3422 employees work in the Flins factory and produce 730 units per day of the New Clio. From 2012, the plant will be responsible for the production of batteries for electric vehicles to be launched by Renault, as the ZOE ZE Concept.

Thus, the plant will turn strategically more important for the new business focus for Renault, totally focused on electric vehicles. Flins factory be the first to produce lithium-ion batteries in France.

Renault has 38 plants worldwide, 14 of them in France.

The new Clio names as Renault Clio Gordini Sport. First appeared at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2010. In French consumers useable at this month, followed next July 2010 in England.
